Project assumptions

The main objective of the project was to raise the qualifications of employees and strengthen international cooperation by creating a network for mutual exchange of experience and good practices in the field of educational services (transfer of knowledge from science to practice) in the agricultural sector.
This task was be carried out through the transfer of 'know-how' in the field of educational activities, on the example of good practices and closer cooperation facilitating the exchange of information allowing for better recognition of the scientific potential of project partners.
As a result of the actions, the knowledge, skills and competences of persons responsible for the organization and implementation of educational services in the agricultural sector were improved. Also the interconnection of network links supporting the flow of knowledge and giving the opportunity to develop cooperation in the field of science was created.
The project is addressed to administrative employees, scientists, researchers and supervising staff responsible for the creation and implementation of vocational training for farmers, breeders and agricultural advisors. The beneficiaries of the project are those responsible for creating training policy, curricula, raising funds, training and searching for new training methods.

Project results

  • increasing the competences of people involved in the organization of educational services (training managers, planners, creators of curricula);
  • network improving cooperation in the field of training and exchange of scientific ideas in the field of agriculture, the network will be a tool for transferring 'know-how' and mutual cooperation of project partners;
  • training events - an opportunity to improve the professional competences of project participants by observing the best practices implemented in individual institutions, the chances of establishing new contacts for future cooperation;
  • raising the level of training quality, increasing the effectiveness of training, extending the offer of sectoral training;
  • questionnaire - a tool for defining problems and threats as well as opportunities and strengths of training activities carried out with project partners.
